This sales script will help you close more clients.

It is set up for a 2 call close. This means that you will most likely have a discovery call and a sales call. The reason for this structure is that it will allow you to do some preparations and make the prospect feel like that your offer is personalised and suited just for them.

It’s key to ALWAYS FOLLOW THE FRAMEWORK, NOT THE SCRIPT ;)

It’s not meant to be robotic, but make sure to follow the script, so the prospect will be moved down the line and closer to the close. Visualise the sales process overview from the module.

Small Talk

Brief introduction to set the tone of the call as friendly and opening. Make them feel comfortable. Max 5 min.

“Sup man, Im Samuel, good to meet you! How are you doing today?”

“Where are you calling from”?

“Highlight of your week?”

“What you doing this weekend?”

Try your best to be in control of the call the first 15 minutes and make sure that you are asking the questions and not the other way around…

Now make a bridge to the intention

Set The Intention

Here you will establish agreement, so that the prospect knows why they are on the call. If they later say “Why are you asking me all this”?, just refer to this agreement you make here.

“So firstname, let's get the best out of the time that we have here together and jump straight into why we are here. It was great chatting with you on x-platform and super excited to have you on this call today.

I know that you are super busy, so I don't want to waste your time. The goal for this call is for me to get to know your current situation and understand how my service, SFC, could help you out.

If I feel like you would be a good fit for my agency, then I'm happy to tailor you a solution and present it to you on a second call. To get the best overview i’ll ask some more personal questions, for example about numbers, goals and so on.
