<aside> 🧠 Alignment
I’m on the right path - Now is all about putting in more work. I’m too inconsistent at the moment and during July there has been too many days without the right effort. Currently bad habits are trying to sneak back into my life, so i’m gonna use this monk mode to get rid of them. Reading over scrolling - Networking/coaching over Netflix - workout over procrastination
I have just made a reset my habits and i’m on track. I’m sincerely enjoying putting in the work and I feel good knowing that i’m taking all the right actions. Monk mode made me comfortable in my own company and in my own ability to consistently showing up and doing the work. This is the version of me that’s going to make the most of the rest of 2023
